1. The 150mm thick aerated concrete lightweight wallboard features thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation; compared with autoclave aerated concrete block, the thickness can be reduced by more than 50mm, reducing the cost of the wall and increase indoor usable area;
2. The anti-cracking performance is better. The expansion and shrinkage of the wallboard is restricted due to the reinforcement of the double-layer two-way steel mesh, and the joints between the whole wall and the beams and columns are filled with special adhesives. Less cracks occur;
3. High seismic performance. After the relevant seismic load failure test, the board can resist an earthquake of magnitude 8.0 in the engineering structure, and the wall will not collapse.
4. Compared with the sandwich color steel composite panel in the steel structure project, the fire performance advantage is more obvious. This plate is made of inorganic materials, which will not burn in case of fire, and the fire resistance limit of 100mm thick can reach more than 3.5 hours.
